I've got the dates starting from last week (as it's when I've restarted after a bad month!) but you can input the date you're starting and it will automatically update the rest of the info. There's a neat little graph which will visibly track your progress each week as you go. (Some days I've eaten less than 1200 cal, but I've been feeling a bit ill this week so has been hard to eat enough to reach 1200 - I'm not encouraging this but just pointing out that my week this week hasn't been perfect).
